There will be an official announcement with the URL and more details to accompany the beta when it's introduced. There will be a minimum two-week testing period (subject to extension) so the community can check scripts and other tooling for compatibility and file bugs for any issues discovered. Some work has already gone into python-bugzilla compatibility to make the transition easier. Please stay tuned for more information soon. -- Paul W.
