[ovirt-devel] unboundid-ldapsdk-4.0.10 is now available for testing

On Fedora 28 we have 4.0.7. On Fedora 30 we had 4.0.9. The new releases 4.0.10 will be soon available within repositories for Fedora >= 30 and includes several bug fixes and enhancements.
