I tried that patch to disable postgres also and it failed with:
ExtractPathNoPathError: scp: /etc/dnf: No such file or directory
so not going to merge this as it is clear that the problem is in something

> I also see that we have failure:
> ExtractPathNoPathError: scp: /var/lib/pgsql/upgrade_rh-postgresql95-postgresql.log:
> No such file or directory
> so maybe fluentd is not the root cause and something is wrong elsewhere.
> Will continue investigation.

>> Hello Shirly, All.
>> We used to collect fluentd artifacts in OST from /root/fluentd, but
>> starting from around mid night today Fri Aug 31 (or maybe late evening Thu
>> Aug 30) the tests started to fail to locate /root/fluentd.
>> We merged a patch to disable its collection so we can let other
>> tests run, but we need to find what happened and restore fluentd
>> I open a JIRA issue on this. Do you have any idea?
