[ovirt-devel] Rebasing master Fedora to 27?

Hi, there's a bit of a mess in Jenkins around master on Fedora with some packages built only for version 25 and other only for 26. With Fedora 27 going to be released on November 7th and being it already supported by Jenkins CI, I would suggest to mass migrate master to Fedora 27.
