If we do introduce a Remote cluster, how would that affect the Data
Center for virt+gluster mode - having remote as well as local cluster?
i dont see any problem having a cluster flagged as remote,
maybe we could use it also for different monitoring intervals if requested,
but as first phase it could be used only for the gluster use case.
