Fedora 26 is not targeted to master/4.2 yet. Right now the target for 4.2 / master is Fedora 25. Feel free to open a RFE for rebasing master/ 4.2 on Fedora 26

It looks like you triggered the build job manually, the automated testing and publishing apparatus currently only triggers on Gerrit merge events.
