3 jobs in row [2], [3], [4] currently failed due to this, so I suspect it is regression somewhere.

The referenced log finishes with 'Execution of setup completed successfully', so it's ok. The above error is harmless, and appears in the log for every setup that uses automatic db provisioning. We might be able to get rid of it, to ease searching setup logs for real errors, not sure how easy it is. Please open a bug if you want.

It started around engine patch [5]:
