We need to disable this in stdci.yml, or change the change queue to ignore this build if possible.
I suggest to disable it if it's not stable and we don't use it, its a single VM that was borrowed from external resource.

What a relief, thanks Barak! Just out of curiosity, did such a stale cache situation happen before (on non-s390x CI envs) or is this something new?
