To see the date and time as it appears in your own timezone, date -d '2012-07-03 1400 UTC' I tweak this to date -d '2012-07-03 1000 EDT' so it would adjust for US timezone changes.
For anyone who cannot make that meeting time, we will work to make sure the log and notes are sufficient, and decisions come back here to be made.
