I spoke with Itamar and we are going to put time in to get the workshop details and schedule worked as that will help people deciding to come.
* Nighttime activities: Are we interested in doing anything in the evening(s)? I've marked one for the first night (which I got some budget from stevens for). We can maybe also do a social tues is someone else wants to pick it up. My thoughts are to do something that will allow people to chat/ get to know each other
* Food, dinners, etc: Are we doing anything along the lines of having a company sponsor food, an event, etc.? I'm not sure that we've gotten into those details.
