Indeed it will be a great solution for specific scenarios.
If you can afford to wait for a few months a robust hyperonvergence
integration, you can start playing with it knowing that today it's still
not production ready.
Any feedback on that solution will be really appreciated.

That approach is called hyper-converged.
With 4.0 is still somehow bleeding edge and not recommended for a
production env; a stable solution will come quite early.
