[ovirt-users] Re: Configure OVN for oVirt failing - vdsm.tool.ovn_config.NetworkNotFoundError: hostname

Turns out providing a cluster and data centre name during the install caused `host_deploy_ovn_central` to not be looked up properly https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-engine/blob/c5da78e3b1479b0812855a674ddbf3b72... Leaving values at defaults fixed the issue.
