The issue was caused by this patch
 https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/61078/
yesterday we reverted it and built a new version (2.0.1.3) of
hosted-engine-setup without that.
It's already available:
http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-4.0-pre/rpm/el7/noarch/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.0.1.3-1.el7.centos.noarch.rpm
