can you be a bit more specific? This way it's not really helpful...
what ovirt version? And what are the permissions on that dir? Where do you see the error?

Hi Jonathan,
Please check that the mount is readable and writeable by the host vdsm.
it could also be a selinux problem. try setenforce 0
