Change subject: core: Remove MockConfigRule default constructor ...................................................................... core: Remove MockConfigRule default constructor The default no-arg constructor is just a private case of the MockConfigDescriptor varargs constructor with a zero-length argument list. There's no need to explicitly state it, and having it just bloats up the code.
