core: hosted-engine: Lock the sd import exclusively
Add an exclusive lock on the hosted engine domain import to prevent it
from interleaving. There is a race where the domain might be added but
the TX isn't closed yet and another import can enter and pass the
command validation.

The imported VM is obvoiusly linux so setting the type the the most
basic linux os instead of "other"
This fixes a bug when editing the VM because the values of the console
are in the limits of linux and not valid for "other" os.

webadmin: increase default nodes in cell tree
- The default number of nodes shown in a cell tree was
25. It would automatically include a 'show more' link
to show another 25, until all nodes are shown. Since we
include a 'show all' button at the top this makes no
sense in our application. This patch increases the number
of visible nodes to all. And as a side effect solves the
translation problem of the 'show more' link.

frontend: add missing warning label to FcpStorageView
This patch adds the warning label that already existed in the model
(selectedLunWarning in SanStorageModelBase) but was mistakenly not added
to FcpStorageView before.
This warning message is used to warn about adding a lun that is already
a part of a storage domain. It worked with ISCSI luns, now it also
works with FCP luns.

This patch removes all the redundantly nested blocks from the code and
adds a checkstyle violation to make sure new ones aren't introduced.
