Change in ovirt-engine[master]: core: AffinityRulesUtils lambda's left curly

Change subject: core: AffinityRulesUtils lambda's left curly ...................................................................... core: AffinityRulesUtils lambda's left curly Move the lambda's curly to the line the lambda is defined on, as per the project's coding standards. While the current checkstyle does not catch this violation, it will fail with newer checkstyle versions that support Java 8 syntax.
