Skipping mounts on the setup steps
I've found out that in some cases (quite rare) if the setup fails, it
will delete $HOME, that includes the mounted dir right now, so adding
the mounts only when running the shell.
It avoids from the packages installed from modifying the mounted dirs
(see the bug url).
Also added some missing local declarations to prepare_chroot
