Change in ovirt-engine-sdk-ruby[master]: Avoid using libxml2 constants in Ruby code

Avoid using libxml2 constants in Ruby code This simplifies the C part of the SDK, and makes the Ruby part more independent of libxml2, so it will hopefully easier to implement that part in a way that also works with JRuby.
