Change in ovirt-engine[master]: core: build floppy device in the domxml

Change subject: core: build floppy device in the domxml ...................................................................... core: build floppy device in the domxml Floppy device is still used for sysprep. However, for the time being, copy the logic inside the builder of VM dictionary. We may simplify that logic later on.
