Add connection builder and automatic closing This patch adds a new "ConnectionBuilder" class that simplifies the task of creating multiple connections with the same parameters. It also adds implementations of the "__enter__" and "__exit__" methods to the "Connection" class, as this will be typically combined with the use of multiple connections.
