Do not replace the ovf configuration with the backup vm.conf The old code always refreshed the vm.conf during an attempt to update the local /var/run cached version of it. That unfortunately replaced the OVF content we prepared earlier. This splits the method to refresh and publish parts and uses only the publishing method for OVF cache refresh.
