Changed lago to github and adapted publishers
Now they run with the new jjb (as the github plugin needed new jjb)
So on github, the merges are done by jenkins, so here are the steps:
* To trigger a new round of tests in a pull request, anyone from the org
just add a comment with:
"ci test please"
"ci :+1:"
"ci :thumbsup:"
* To trigger a merge, any admin should add a comment:
"ci merge please"
"ci :shipit:"
