The SDK jobs set CI -1 instead. It seems that it is because they are missing the Groovy post-build script that sets up the specialized whitelist output. Is Jenkins down?

I don't seem to be able to get to it, jobs from both Github and Gerrit are not running, etc. Also saw on the Fedora mailing list some people complaining? Y.
