Sometimes openvswtich-2.9 fails to start on CI slaves.
We (actuall edwardh) have a suspection that this is because it fails to load openvswitch module while Linux bridge (such as docker0) are used.
Would you please add a /etc/modules-load.d/ovs.conf files with "openvswitch" in it to all slaves?
This would make sure that openvswitch in in the kernel before anything else may block its entry.

Same for me. I do see some slowness when opening random patches for the first time but on subsequent reloads they open up immediately. The Jenkins server itself is not overloaded either. I will monitor it to see if there's something causing a lot of traffic to the system as it runs separately from the rest of the infra.
