[CQ]: d4b070a (ovirt-cockpit-sso) failed "ovirt-master" system tests

Change d4b070a (ovirt-cockpit-sso) is probably the reason behind recent system test failures in the "ovirt-master" change queue and needs to be fixed. This change had been removed from the testing queue. Artifacts build from this change will not be released until it is fixed. I understand that we have to somehow manage the current solution till the better one is created. But since we already had multiple cases of privileged containers producing side effects it is good to review what they are doing in each case.
