I know it only removes people from the cc if they are on the list, but a
lot of people have rules checking if they are on the to/cc of an email.
The only issue I'd have with that is a practical one - IIUC, the "Don't
send me duplicate mails" option is a personal one, on by default. Is it
something we can change for everyone through Mailman admin?
