after hearing few comments regarding the use of the term bootstrap, i
think we can be consistent and use the name - ovirt-hosted-engine-setup
David - how about you create this project?
1. create new project: ovirt-hosted-engine-setup
- set fast forward only, require signed and change-i
2. create a new group: ovirt-hosted-engine-setup
- set code review +2 and submit rights for this group
