This is an old and known issue. The code doing the marking is not our code and it is built
into the Gerrit trigger.
I'm closing with WONTFIX, please let the CI finish before updating the commit
message.

Hi,
When uploading a patch-set where the only difference comparing to the
previous one is in the commit message, the CI's ack is supposed to be
copied from the previous patch-set instead of triggering new jobs.
However, that didn't happen for:
https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/81389/
We would appreciate your investigation of that.
