Connection issues to foreman.ovirt.org?

Hello, I noticed that sometimes I do have connection issues to foreman.ovirt.org, but sometimes I don't. When I connect to monitoring.ovirt.org, which is in the same subnet on the same ovirt host, I can connect. And from monitoring.ovirt.org I can also log in which leads me to think there's a routing issue somewhere. Maybe something else is also claiming 31.15.26.1? P.S. I'm assuming our Alterway contact is still on this ML.
