currently, ovirt-storage network traffic is monitored using collectd with interface plugin, which does not track the 'overrun' counter. tracking it is probably possible using [Netlink plugin|https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Plugin:Netlink]. * installation is done manaully(no puppet on the storage servers), by editing the collectd.conf file. * after installation this metric should be added to the [storage dashboard|http://graphite.phx.ovirt.org/dashboard/db/ovirt_storages]
