[JIRA] (OVIRT-2006) Investigate google chrome not being able to
access ovirt.org sites
by Anton Marchukov (oVirt JIRA)
Anton Marchukov commented on OVIRT-2006:
----------------------------------------
This is due to HSTS being enabled on ovirt.org:
strict-transport-security max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains; preload
it also asks to include all subdomains. so if somebody visits ovirt.org with his browser he will after that start accessing everything at our domain by https. Also it is no longer possible to undo on our side since it is immediately cached by the browser.

Please update your Fedora
by Sandro Bonazzola
Hi,
if you're not yet on Fedora 28, please consider updating to it.
On master we are aiming to support Fedora 28 and we are dismissing any
older Fedora jobs in Jenkins soon.
As a reminder Fedora 26 support is going to be EOL on Tuesday, May 29th,
2018.
Thanks,

Re: [ovirt-users] Re: oVirt Orb 4.2.3 is now available
by Anton Marchukov
I see we have HSTS enabled for some reason for ovirt.org:
strict-transport-security max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains; preload
This is the most severe option and ask browser to use https for
everything at overt.org including the subdomains. Moreovers it also
ask to include into the Chrome preload built in white list too.
Anybody have info how enabled it and why? We definitely have
subdomains without https still.
Anton.

Note that this doesn't depend on a recent google chrome update.
