[Users] big problem with ovirt on Fedora 19

* * Hi, Many posts on the net suggest that if you want to install oVirt on a single machine and you don't have (or don't want to setup) a DNS server, you can stick your host name in /etc/hosts with the IP of the server and be done with this issue. Unfortunately, this trick won't work any more as the engine-setup script uses nslookup and nslookup ignores anything in /etc/hosts So right now I have a Fedora 19 and I cannot even install oVirt latest. [Users] SPM and VM migrations

I currently have an issue where when we migrate more than one VM from the host that is the SPM to another host it will cause connectivity to the SPM Host to fail which the ovirt engine then sees the host being down. It then reboots the SPM Host and stops all of the VM's running on there. Our setup Nodes: Fedora 18 em1: ovirtmgmt (mgmt, storage and migrations) em2: VM network trunks Engine: Fedora 17 (will be upgrading that to fedora 18 shortly) Both NICS are 1 GB. The storage is NFS which is on the same VLAN and subnet as the hosts. The ovirt-engine is on a standalone server but is NOT on the same vlan/subnet yet. Is this normal behavior for the SPM to have issue when migrating hosts to and from it? I don't have any further network interfaces to add to the hosts at this time (we are planning on adding a 2x 10GB card to each node in the future but we don't have that option at this time). Is there anyway to limit the number of active migrations and have the migrations be a lower priority traffic than others? I'm using Ovirt nightly on Fedora 18 to determine if ovirt + gluster is something that will work for my organization (or at least when RHEV is released with this functionality). I'm attempting to use the nodes for both virt and gluster storage. I've successfully created gluster bricks on two hosts, ovirt001 & ovirt002, and started volume vol1 through engine web ui. [Users] ids sanlock error

I have a 2 node cluster with engine running on one of the nodes. It has 2 gluster volumes that replicate between the hosts as its shared storage. Last night one of my systems crashed. It looks like all of my data is present, however the ids file seems to be corrupt on my master domain. I tried to do a hexdump -c on the ids file, but it just gave an input/output error. Sanlock.log shows error -5. Is there a way to rebuild the ids file, or can I tell ovirt to use the other domain as the master so I can get back up and running?

[Users] p2v Import error

Hi guys I´m having some problems, using p2v with ovirt. I´ve tryed with success exporting a physical machine, with CentOS 6 using virt-p2v. The image is on my export Storage at ovirt, but when I try to restore it using another area it failed. I google it and saw some bug reports, telling to change the network name and set an UUID, tried both and nothing.
