I also have 3x servers (using bond for storage network) and was able to successfully deploy the engine, but using the workaround suggested by 'Dax Kelson's thread above' and also later by editing a vars file on an ansible role: https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-engine/issues/520 I'd say give it a try and let us know the outcome.
