oVirt 3.5 install hypervisors with the fence-agents package which has a certain list of
supported power management (PM) cards
in oVirt 3.5 if you want to add custom PM card in addition to the supported PM cards you
should follow http://www.ovirt.org/Custom_Fencing
Basically once you write your own script and install it on each host where fence-agents
package is installed and modify oVirt configuration as described in the wiki, you should
be able to see your custom agent in the list and use it.
Please let me know if you need any further assist with that
