At the moment, I don't believe so. But I am working on that feature this very moment.
I'll reply back when the patch is done.
You should be able to use a greasemonkey script in the meantime.

Iam using external authentication provider with oVirt as primary
provider and I would like to ask if it is possible to have it
preselected on login page in domain column. Right now I have "internal"
preselected and it would be nice if I can change it.
