AFAIK we don't have something like the document you attached but you're welcome to
start one on the wiki
and maybe others will join completing it.

you're joining the QA effort there :-)
Does anybody knows if there are some existing test documents for testing a ovirt
environment on up time and toughness? I have added a example from a
VMWare environment from the windows system engineers.
Hope someone can provide me with some documents :-).
