In order to get the migration working this solved:
restorecon /var/run/libvirt/common/system.token
ls -lZ /var/run/libvirt/common/system.token
-rw-------. 1 root root system_u:object_r:virt_common_var_run_t:s0 32 Jul
6 09:29 /var/run/libvirt/common/system.token
service libvirtd restart
service virtlogd restart
