Yes this is possible.
Please note, that ISO and Export Domains _need_ to be NFS-Shares
but this should not collide with your local storage usage.
Of course some advanced usage scenarios are not possible with local
storage, e.g. live migration.

It is ok to have ISO images on the ovirt-engine/management host but i do
not want NFS or Shared storage when it comes to the hosts in the
infrastructure.
