We can workaround one issue but there will always be another.
openssl just like any other package should be installed and have full integrity.
BTW I can confirm that right yesterday I installed for a test a stable
3.3.3 engine on a CentOS 6.5 server and had no problem at all, using
standard packages and current repos.
