1. Start Device Manager and make sure all devices have drivers. =

2. Start =C2=ABC:\Program Files (x86)\oVirt Guest =
Tools\drivers\qemu-ga-x64.exe=C2=BB manually.
3. Rename =C2=ABC:\Program Files (x86)\oVirt Guest =
Tools\drivers\Balloon\2k12R2=C2=BB into =C2=AB=E2=80=A6\w2k12R2=C2=BB, =
otherwise installed balloon service doesn't start.
