Thanks for the report Robert, I think it can be quite related to this one: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1086032 It seams that currently, if we have more than one required networks, we are not able to add an host. And it's not just on hosted-engine setup: currently it seams that it doesn't work also starting it from the web admin gui. I shut down the engine VM, but now it seems to be in a reboot loop, starting and then being shutdown and rebooted, by the HA agent, I assume..
