[ovirt-users] Ovirt 4.2.3 missing features?

Hi, New user of ovirt here, i'm trying ovirt 4.2.3.5-1 on centos 7.5. On the web administration interface i'm missing a lot of features compared to the guides I can find online or even compared to the official docs. Am I running the wrong version or do I need to configure something ?
