Thank you very much for the tip. I was able to successfully deploy the engine appliance on the gluster configuration that I deployed previously from the cockpit interface. I cannot log into the management portal via username and password and it appears as though keycloak is the culprit. I'll open another thread for that problem. Thank you again for your help.
