[ovirt-users] New User not Showing in the web GUI

I've added a new user using the CLI ovirt-aaa-jdbc-tool. I've also been able to modify the attributes of the new user and list all the modifications. However the new user does ot show up in the web GUI, a password has been assigned and the user is assigned to the '*' Name Space. What must be done to have the user show up in the web gui? Thanks
