When I try to change the RAM settings I get the following in a popup box.
Cannot edit virtual machine disk. This VM is not managed by the engine.
After some fiddling it seemed to accept the memory setting even though the dialog was
showing the error.
Restarting the via hosted-engine -vm-shutdown & --startup, the Vm still had the old
memory settings even though the engine GUI shows the new setting.

Please try manually importing the hosted-engine storage domain into the engine (it should
work automatically but currently it's still non there).
At that point the engine VM should come up into the engine and you should be able to edit
some parameters including its memory.
When done shutdown the engine VM. The hosted-engine HA agent will bring it up for you with
the new configuration.
