Perhaps you have some kind of script that periodically logs into oVirt to perform some task and you didn't change that password to the new one? If so, it will block the account after a few attempts. Each time we change the password, we have to update a fair amount of scripts that perform maintenance tasks. If we don't do so in a short period of time, the authentication attempts make the account block again.
