core: Storage activation error fix
When an already active storage domain was activated through rest a response
body claiming it's inaccessible was returned. It's now telling the storage
domain's status (active).

For 3.0 clusters the engine uses the VmOldInfoBuilder to run the
VMs. It should consider the usage of unsupported features of the
vnic profiles for reporting a warning to the user.

rootPassword parameter is passed. This validation is a leftover of
previous implementation. Currently all parameters in reinstall action are

core: Add validate-on-match to data source
Since JBoss EAP 6.1 connection level validation isn't performed unless
the "validate-on-match" parameter is explicitly set to true. This causes
several issues like connections not being removed from the connection
pool when the database is restarted. This patch adds that parameter to
the data source configuration.

core: LSM - lock changes, added support for disk snapshot scenarios
This patch contains the following changes:
*When live migrating a disk, the disk (and it's snapshots) would be
locked for the whole flow preventing other operations to be done on the
disk. Therefore the create snapshot command will ignore those disks in
its checks and they won't be unlocked as the snapshot phase ends.
*Disk can be live migrated when snapshots of it are attached to other
vms unless those vms are not in "Down" status as it means that the disk
is being used by them.
*When live migrating the disk (after creating the snapshot for the
migration) all the disk snapshots would be locked and not just the
active volume.
*Task Handlers should be able to use the compensation context of the
enclosing command.
