VM's disk stuck in migrating state

Hi,
We're running oVirt 4.1.9 (I know it's not the recommended version, but
we can't upgrade yet) and recently we had an issue with a Storage Domain
while a VM was moving a disk. The Storage Domain went down for a few
minutes, then it got back.
However, the disk's state has stuck in a 'Migrating: 10%' state (see
ss-2.png).
I run the 'unlock_entity.sh' script to try to unlock the disk, with
these parameters:
# PGPASSWORD=... /usr/share/ovirt-engine/setup/dbutils/unlock_entity.sh
-t disk -u engine -v b4013aba-a936-4a54-bb14-670d3a8b7c38
The disk's state changed to 'OK', but the actual state still states it's
migrating (see ss-1.png).
Calling the script with -t all doesn't make a difference either.
Currently, the disk is unmanageable: cannot be deactivated, moved or
copied, as it says there's a copying operation running already.
Could someone provide a way to unlock this disk? I don't mind modifying
a value directly into the database, I just need the copying process
cancelled.

adding a host

I have tried to add a host to the engine and it just takes forever never wo=
rking or giving any error message. When I look in the engine's server.log =
I see it says the networks are missing.
I thought when you install a node and add it to the engine it will add the =
networks automatically? The docs don't give much information about this, a=
nd I can't even remove the host through the UI. What steps are required to=
prepare a node when several vlans are involved?

IP change in hyperconverged setup

Hi,
I would like to change IP subnets of my hosts, but I have a glustered setup and I can't remove/re-add my hosts because "server having gluster volume".
What will happen If I do force remove the host? It will kill or stop gluster on host?

Copying/Cloning a VM to another server

Just trying to make sure there isnt an easier way to do what I'm doing.
I dont have an HA environment in my homelab. I have 3 VM's and I wanted to copy them to my backup r710 which runs oVirt 4.2. I basically shut down my VM, exported it to an export domain on my primary r710. Then detached the export domain on the primary. On my "standby" r710 I imported the export domain from the primary r710, attached, activated and imported the VM. Worked as expected.
I'm assuming this is the correct way to do so. I've tried Export to OVA but that didnt work like I wanted and I didnt care to keep messing with that option.

Unable to connect to vm's via Console

Not entirely sure what happened, but I am no longer able to connect to the console on any of my vm’s. I receive the error “No CA Found!”.

Volume id incorrect

Description of problem:
I tried do an live storage migration but this failed, after I re-tried
and I had this error menssage.
storage origem (10.16.2.110)
storage destination (10.16.2.105)
HSMGetAllTasksStatusesVDS failed: Volume already exists:
('4072fd70-962c-40f7-898c-e7df5ad25725',)
this volume exists in the 2 storages. but in database show that the vm
run in the frist storage(origem).
