It should not take a full hour to migrate as we already made incremental synchronization with the current system but better keep some margin. The system will then take over delivery of the mails but might be a bit slow at first as it needs to reindex all the archived mails (which might take a few hours). To manage your subscriptions and delivery settings you can do this easily on the much nicer web interface (https://lists.ovirt.org). There is a notion of account so you don't need to login separately for each ML.= You can Sign In using Fedora, GitHub or Google or create a local account if you prefer. Please keep in mind signing in with a different method would create separate accounts (which cannot be merged at the moment). But you can easily link your account to other authentication methods in your settings (click on you name in the up-right corner -> Account -> Account Connections). As for the original mail archives, because the previous system did not have stable URLs, we cannot create mappings to the new pages. We decided to keep the old archives around on the same URL (/pipermail), so the Internet links would still work fine. Adding s390 support to oVirt

Hi, as a heads up: I'd like to contribute some basic support for the s390 architecture to oVirt. For that purpose I'll post some patches to gerrit, mostly for the following repositories: VDSM, ovirt-engine-api-model and ovirt-engine. There might be some collateral patches that need to go into ovirt-host[-deploy] since not all of the pre-requisite RPMs are available on s390, but this probably needs a separate discussion. [OST Failure] [oVirt Master] [HC] Hosted engine fails to install

Hi, The error with HE install is : Starting vdsmd", "[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': Couldn't connect to VDSM within 15 seconds". [VDSM] mom missing on fc27?

Looks like all the tests are passing now on fc27, but the install test, running when modifying the spec or makefiles fails with the error bellow. Looks like mom 0.5.8 is missing (as usual). Who is the maintainer? oVirt 4.2 and UI plugin infrastructure

Hi, I just got a question from an ovirt-optimizer user about the support in 4.2. And I realized I haven't heard anything about how UI plugins should be updated to work with the new UI. Hi, I'm waiting for last blockers to be fixed for starting a 4.2.0 RC build. Assignee are in the TO list of this email. please test UI plugins in 4.2 beta

Hi everyone, [I should have sent this message sooner -- apologies, and thanks to Martin Sivak for the reminder!] If you're trying out oVirt 4.2 Beta, please check that any existing UI plugins [1] you are using 1. still work (they should!), and 2. look good in the new UI. If something doesn't look quite right with a UI plugin [for example, if it doesn't quite match the new theme], please contact Alexander Wels and me and we can assist with getting it updated.
